MoovIT has been appointed to take end-to-end responsibility for all postproduction workflows supporting a major international football tournament taking place this summer. The engagement covers workflow design, deployment and tournament-time operations—delivering consistent throughput, predictable turnaround and reliable content delivery for rights-holders, broadcasters and production stakeholders working to tight schedules.
The MoovIT team will operate across two delivery hubs in the United Kingdom and the United States. This model is designed to keep workflows moving continuously, balancepeak loads, and provide operational resilience throughout the tournament.
Purpose-built workflow stack: Helmut4, Vulcano and helmut.cloud
The postproduction environment will be powered by Helmut4 and Vulcano, providingorchestration, governance, and operational visibility across ingest, processing, review, and delivery workflows. In addition, helmut.cloud's High5 will be used to connect with EVS environments, enabling faster and cleaner handoffs between systems and teams—reducing friction in content movement while maintaining control and traceability. A furthercomponent of the deployment is a new Helmut/Premiere EVS integration within IPVia, expanding interoperability across IP-based production and postproduction workflows and enabling increased workflow automation at event scale.
CO₂ Efficiency by design: lower energy use & less travelling
MoovIT has engineered its part of the operation to be materially more energy efficient than conventional postproduction setups. Based on internal estimates, the delivery model is expected to avoid approximately 10 tonnes of CO₂ while maintaining the performance and reliability required for a global sports event.
In addition, the distributed UK/US delivery model reduces travel-related emissions by enabling the majority of postproduction work to be delivered without deploying large on-site teams across the Atlantic. Specifically, this setup significantly reduces CO₂ emissionsby avoiding the need to fly around 200 staff members from Europe to the United States.
Long-Standing Collaboration with HBS
The MoovIT team will deliver its scope as part of the overall tournament delivery led by HBS, building on a long-standing working relationship that dates back to 2010. With aligned operating models, clear interface ownership, and shared delivery standards, MoovIT will ensure consistent execution across the event and reliable outcomes under peak-load conditions. This appointment further reinforces MoovIT’s position as a trusted workflow partner for flagship sports productions— combining end-to-end operational accountability for postproduction workflows with proven software and integration-leddelivery at scale.

Unsere Mission ist es, funktionierende Workflows zu kreieren, überall wo Video auf IT trifft.
