MoovIT GmbH consists of 45 talented video and IT professionals and is based in Cologne-Mülheim, at Schanzenstraße 29 to be precise. Our focus is on developing and supporting workflow solutions in the areas of post-production, news and archiving that utilise the interface between video and IT. New business areas for the industry are being developed with workflow automation, remote editing systems, hosting, etc. Our customers include broadcasters, production companies, agencies, industry and sports organisers. With us, you won't just be sitting at a desk – you'll also have the opportunity to support our customers directly on site, develop solutions together and assist them at events such as the World Cup or European Championships. Become a part of our team

Your responsibilities with us:
• You will design and implement the expansion of modern IT infrastructure
• You will supervise the installation of systems, either remotely or on site at the customer's premises
• As part of our team, you will support us in the development and implementation of workflows, including in our products Helmut4, helmut.cloud and other MoovIT applications, in collaboration with customers
• You will advise customers and employees on problem solving in ticket processing in Jitbit
• Problem analysis, development and implementation of sustainable solutions
• You will work with cross-functional teams on various projects
• From time to time, you will be available outside of office hours for urgent support requests, for which you will receive additional remuneration
• You will support us on site at our events, both in the UK and abroad

What you bring to the table:

• You have training as a media designer, IT specialist, or comparable training, or you are simply a career changer, ideally from the media or post-production environment
• You love working on exciting technical products and projects
• You have good knowledge of non-linear editing systems (especially Adobe Premiere)
• You have good knowledge of network and storage infrastructure
• You have an analytical mind and strong skills
• You work carefully and precisely and document your work
• You have an affinity for new technologies and are motivated to adapt them.
• You are independent and looking for a position with responsibility and
a team-oriented approach to work
• You are confident in using Microsoft, Mac and Linux operating systems
• You have good German and English skills (at least B1)
• You can keep calm even when things get stressful
