MoovIT GmbH consists of 45 talented video and IT professionals and is based in Cologne-Mülheim, at Schanzenstraße 29 to be precise. Our focus is on developing and supporting workflow solutions in the areas of post-production, news and archiving that utilise the interface between video and IT. New business areas for the industry are being developed with workflow automation, remote editing systems, hosting, etc. Our customers include broadcasters, production companies, agencies, industry and sports organisers. With us, you won't just be sitting at a desk – you'll also have the opportunity to support our customers directly on site, develop solutions together and assist them at events such as the World Cup or European Championships. Your responsibilities with us:
• You will develop new route-to-market strategies for our services and software products and act as the interface to the sales department.
• You will develop strategies for targeted lead generation and support the sales department in establishing and maintaining contact with potential customers.
• Partner marketing: You will develop and maintain co-marketing activities with our technology partners, such as Adobe, Avid, EditShare and Quantum.
• Performance marketing: You will measure campaign success and strive for continuous optimisation of KPIs when planning new campaigns.
• You will occasionally plan and organise internal events, both online (e.g. webinars) and offline (e.g. customer events), and assist in the preparation of trade fair appearances.
• You will be responsible for the design of our external newsletter.
• You will support the implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness, reach and interaction.

What you bring to the table:
• You are independent, determined, communicative and looking for tasks that allow you to work independently and as part of a team.
• You have a university degree, ideally with a focus on marketing/sales or online marketing.
• You have several years of professional experience in marketing and/or sales, coupled with a desire to immerse yourself in the IT/broadcast industry.
• You have very good German and English skills (at least B1) and very good written and verbal communication skills.
• You are good at planning and organising.
• You are flexible and adapt quickly to new situations.
• You are solution-oriented and can improvise when necessary.
• You have a good basic knowledge of creative programmes (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
